Need To Refer To Alternate Rows

Dear all,

I have a list few-hundred long, filled with unwanted rows. This is a common problem when I had to copy large amounts of info from webpages. I want to manage this long list using a separate sheet, but I have to remove the alternate unwanted rows by doing : =A1, =A3, =A5, etc.

The list is few-hundred long and I cannot do this forever. Is there a formula so I can drag it and drop it? I have attached a sample copy of my problem.
