actually i wana make maintenance expenditure sheet for my car.. what i want to avoid is scrooling though my mobile to go to the cell and feed value...i want that there is a single input cell at the top of column and i keep on putting the value in it and they come in tabulated form below that cell

If you are willing to do it in Access here is a database I prepared for someone else that keeps track of expenses related to his car. You can track as many cars as you wish. It does expenses by service and it tracks mileage and costs per mile.

It certainly should be possible. However, I cannot see from the pictures or workbook or discussion what the logic should be. What type of input value will you be inputting? the yellow portion is of interest only . simple values like 200, 4000 etc and they should populate the table.... just this much...
Gys here is the most simplified example if u can help me create it.
i put value in hte cell and these values come in tabulated form below that cell

either the code is not Working or i did not understand....... i put value in c2 and paste the code in c17. i chages the value and it did not do any thing except the new value

It's a macro function.
You must enable macro to use it.
basically, when you enter something in C2 it will appear at the end of list.
