How to get my hyperlinks to work when sheet is protected, 2 work, 2 don't??

In the attached example there are 4 hyperlinks, All four work when the sheet is unprotected, but only the two that go down the sheet work when the sheet is protected and the two coming back up the sheet don't.
I've spent ages inserting and deleting and scouring the forum for an answer but can't find one. probably something stupid that I'm missing but, can anyone advise please?

When you protected sheet you don't allow to select locked cells.
But cell A1 is locked.

BTW. Cells B26 and B122 are locked too.

Artik_PL - Thanks, with hindsight the solution was obvious! but it had been driving me mad. Thanks for pointing it out to me, I appreciate it. Also thanks for spotting the other two locked cells, B26 and B122, how did you notice that, is there a way of checking which cells are locked?
