Filter Search option missing??
Hi,
I work very often with large data sets. I am absolutely addicted to filters to clean the data and search by typing in a few letters and filter the column. But all of a sudden this search block (in my filter drop down) is not available anymore.
How can I get it back??
Hope it is just something silly I did and can reverse it easily...

hi Luzanne, welcome to the forum. do you switch between Excel 2010 & 2007? are you referring to this?

only Excel 2010 has that. but it actually works the same way as "Contains".

Hi Benishiryo, Thank you very much!! That is exactly what I am talking about!!!And I feel very blonde now that I reinstalled office on parallels and seems like I installed 2007 instead of 2010 *shy smile*
