Copy value to current cell if cell has value

SOLVED: is this possible?


I want to copy a value from (a2) to current cell (a1) IF the cell (a2) has value BUT still allow manual entry into the cell (a1) if there is no value in (a2)

I'm guessing that I can have the "copy cell a2" condition reside there until it is over written with another manually entered #,
but I don't know what the condition would look like.
