Random pairs that ignore absent students

I want to randomly pair students for speaking tests, and have created a worksheet to do this (see attachment) but when some students are absent from class, some of the random pairs show empty cells.

How can I redo my formula so that the formula ignores cells that are blank and automatically puts another student in the slot.
