multiple ifs with changing variables.

HI I'm trying to do an if statement and don't know if it's possible. I have 3 columns of data that might change based on if someone wants to participate or not. I need an if statement that allows me to know out of all 3 columns if any 2 of the columns have a value greater than zero give me an output. so column a and b are greater than zero then i want to it say "global", If column b and c are greater than zero than i want it to say global, and if all 3 are greater than zero then say global. any help?
