    Smile Selecting in dropdown and when chosed only fill colors appear.

    hi to all..

    Ahm.. when i select available in dropdown list it must result to green fill color and and when non = to red fill color, and no text must appear.


    what my result is when i choose on the list also the text appears.. i want it to be not included on the result..

    if someone can help me.. please

    not exactly sure what you need but if you upload a sample workbook with the expected results we should be able to help.
    click advanced --- click paper clicp -- add file -- select file -- open upload -- done

    when you format your colour to red for "NON" format your Font colour to match >>>>> will appear to be blank
    at the top of Format { FONTS -- BORDER -- PATTERNS }

    Yes sir it's true your correct but, when i did that before the text had gone to the other cell, and one thing i wish to maintain the size of the cell that way.

    Not really because it did not been to my expected result, Only color fill must be seen no text and with the same cell size. But thanks sir for your cooperation. thank you very much.

    did the test file not give you fill colour only -- no text visable and cell size does not change ?????
