    Angry Help nesting functions please

    Okay sorry to harass you all, but I have homework due in 2 hours and I can't figure out how to nest this function properly.

    The instructions say: "Using the TODAY function and the date in Cell F5, enter a formula in Cell G5 to calculate the number of YEARS of service the employee has been with the company."

    The date in Cell F5 is "7/20/2009"

    Any possible help is much appreciated...
