Vlookup not working – incorrect return

Hi,

I can not see why VLOOKUP isn’t working for me.

It should be returning “ignore” as per the data table however it isn’t – it returns something else instead.

Why would this be?

I have uploaded the file and highlited in yellow the incorrect formula result on the “Data” sheet.
