Highlight cells that are common among several columns

Hi all,

I am trying to highlight cells that are common among several columns i.e. values that are not just duplicates but have to be present in all the columns. I have attached an example showing what I am looking for -

32 3 211 45
3 45 3 32
45 21 32 1
76 32 9 9
101 17 45 7


In this example, only 32 and 45 are present in all the 4 columns and they have to be highlighted. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
