I am tracking our inventory in excel and will need to print price labels (in word or excel) from the spreadsheet, but my problem is that each item has a quantity of at least 5 and some up to 30. I will need to print a label for each one (duplicates). Is there any way to do this in word or excel without having to just copy the item down for the quantity I need?

Not much to work on based upon your post. Are the lables separate sheets? A formatted spreadsheet or word document? It's quick and dirty, but maybe this will get you started:
