Excel pivot tables

I have inhereted the excel pivot table in orer to analyse and evaluate the date given to me. I am aware the date should be filled out in the tf operations data. On this page you put in all necessary data. I .e. Client, date, quantity, spec etc. Then you go to the necessary client you want to get data for i.e. Glencore. The you click on the liittle filters to adjust what you are trying to get out of the data. I.e. A pirticular quarter etc. Then you refresh. But this is not happening. Can someone advise.

Once the data has been added to the tf operations tab, what tab do you goto to refresh the data. Pressing CTL + ALT then F5 refreshes the whole workbook once the data has been added. Your book seems to work for me when updating.
