Question Excell 2003 - Cond. Formatting - Highlighting - Need specific instructions

Hello! I'm stuck at work using Excel 2003 - which I suppose is adequate for our needs. Anyway, I'm looking to use some conditional formatting to highlight adjacent cells when their difference is anything but zero. I would also prefer if possible for the highlight only the cell with the lesser value, but, if it's easier to highlight both, that's fine too. Once I have the required formula I have no doubt I can manipulate it across the sheet to other cell groups.

I have attached an image below. Boxed in red are cells O8 and P8. If I subtract P8 from O8 and those do not equal zero, I would like P8 to highlight yellow. Or better yet, if O8 and P8 are not the same or do not equal each other, then highlight P8 yellow.

Any help you can offer is appreciated.

I fumbled my way through this and figured it out. Easier than I thought.
