Sorting a column of figures into highest to lowest

Hi all,

I have a spreadsheet that adds lines of numbers and gives a total. There are many lines that do the same and the last thing that is wanted is to automatically sort the line totals into highest to lowest.

.. told you I was a newbie...lol

Say you have data in cols A thru Y and the sum for each row in col Z. Hi-light the entire table (data and totals) and touch Sort & Filter > Custom Sort and then make your selections,

Hi there and thanks for the reply however I know that i can do the calculation manually but I want it to be done automatically whenever a new line of data is entered.
