Conditional format with relative reference problem

    Folks,

Is there anyway to copy a conditional format and maintain relative references? The simple format is to highlight the largest value in four cells in a row. The formula appears as =$L$184:$O$184. There doesn't seem to be a way to change it to =$L184:$O184 (remove the second $ sign) so that it can be copied down to row 185, 186, etc. My goal is to highlight the highest value in rows 185, 186, etc.

    Any ideas??

    Thanks in advance,

    Kelly
