How to connect the data in two sheets in one book?

Hi all dear helpers!

Attached are the workbook example!show.xlsx
I have a big problem, How do i connect the relevant data in two sheets?

For example, HOW should i do if i wanna count how many sales guys i have under country X and Y for Bronze Partner type?
AND is there anyway for me to extract those data i want and let them list out?

For counting based on country and bronze type, you can use

Formula:

=countifs(C2:C5,"X",F2:F5,"Bronze")

Sorry, I guess there's some error in my attachment. The sheet2 shouldnt have the "Partner Type" and "Partner Tier" fields. Those two fields can only be found in sheet1. So this is where the problems, To solve "How many sales guys i have under country X and Y for Bronze Partner type" cannot be asked only depending on sheet 2. Must combine sheet1 and sheet2. So any more suggestions? Thank you very much.

Could you correct your sheet and resend it?

Hi, I have used vlookup to pull the tier in sheet 2 and used the countifs formula. Check it out.

COUNTIFS

, and it will list down the partner that satisfy the requirement?
