Comparison formula

I am trying to compare data in 3 columns on one sheet to data in 3 columns on another sheet. I am trying several formulas but none is working. an example of what I am trying to do is.
sheet 1 column A have a emp# and col D have a name and col F have an amount. I need to compare it to sheet 2 to make sure all three of those criteria's match up to what is on sheet 2
sheet 2 have the emp# in col A, Name in col D and amount in col E.

Can someon help me with a formula to make this work.

On sheet1 Something like this maybe..

=AND(A2=Sheet2!A2,D2=Sheet2!D2,F2=Sheet2!E2)
