Pasting only the numbers from a cell

Hi, I've been wondering if you can help me with a task of mine . I have cells that include phone numbers emails and names and I just want to copy and paste the phone number, how do I do that ;?

Welcome to the Forum.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.

Okay here ;3 would also like to know if there's the same thing possible but for emails. Thanks in advance
