I am attempting to create a photo directory for the women in my church. I currently have it set up like I would an address list I would use to print on labels in MS Word. (I am not using labels for the directory, I am just trying to describe the format...)

Column A: Photo
Column B: First Name
Column C: Last Name
Column D: Address
Column E: Date of Birth
Column F: Phone Number

I set it up this way so that I could have the people in alphabetical order and be able to add or delete people and still keep it alphabetized. The problem, however, is that with 1.75" square pictures, each row ends up being about 2" tall resulting in 38 pages of information. As I want to print this for each woman in our church, that is WAY TOO LONG! I am hoping to somehow be able to condense it to 3-5 pages but maintain the pictures being around 1-2" tall. I am hoping to be able to make the format much like you would do addresses when printing them on a label sheet but this way having the photo, then having the Name, Address, DOB and phone number in 4 separate rows either next to or below the photo. I would want to be able to have about 3 people across and 5 people down on each sheet (15 people per page).

These amounts and measurements do not have to be exact, I am just trying to describe how I am hoping to format the directory.

I do not know if this is a possibility. I obtained this responsibility from another person who had done it before. They had done it in Excel but had each photo with the information in one cell. And had done all the organization by hand. If I wished to add or delete any people (which I had to do a lot of because the boundaries of the church had changed) I would have to manually move each and every person below them in the alphabet either down or up one by one. It was insane. I just want there to be a way to set this up, with photos and information, in such a way that adding and deleting people will be possible without rearranging every single person, yet being able to maintain alphabetical order, AND be able to print with minimal pages...

Does this make any sense, and is it possible for me to do this?
