Summing and dividing numbers

Hi,

I am trying to get a qualified percentage from the following data. Column "Step" always changes, as in, it can be shorter, longer, more or less "steps" can be in this column. I want to get a qualified percentage by dividing the "No data Entry Required" + "Entered in SE/Client ATS" / "sourced". The data is attached and
