Vlookup Formula to find partially matched number

Good evening, I have a quick question (hopefully)... I am trying to look up data from one column to another but it is only a partial number and want it to bring back the full number, can you tell me how to do that? For instance, In cell A1 I have a number 67512 and want to look for that number in another column (C) and if any number has 67512 in it, I'd like it to bring it back.. so the final number might be 6751234. I am thinking that this can be done through a vlookup formula, however, I am not sure. The problem is that the data I am receiving does not match up as it is truncated in many instances. Any help would be greatly appreciated and save me much needed time for other tasks. Thank you in advance!
