Printing a spreadsheet in Excel 2010

When I’m printing a spreadsheet in Excel 2010 it does not print correctly. The print preview looks different than the spreadsheet I type the data in but when I print it out it does look like the print preview. The problem is I have thousands of rows, so is there any way to get the spreadsheet to print without going in and manually closing and opining almost each row so it will print properly.

Here is an example of what I have in a a couple of hundred cells and this is a print preview which is the way it is printed. The spreadsheet looks fine but won't print right, Also instead of showing only half a line it can also show a full empy line and when that happens I have to manual pull it up. That will happen when you get close to the end of the cell so it thinks you need another row and you don't.Capture1.PNG
