Trying to calculate 4 levels of employee tenure based on the year they started

I would appreciate help with a formula to calculate different levels of employee tenure based on the year they were hired and the criteria below.

Less than 1 Year
1 to 5 Years
6 to 10 Years
Over 10 Years
