Macro to autolock spreadsheet every Friday at 7pm

Is there a way to automatically lock a spreadsheet if it is opened on any Friday after 7pm? We dont want users inputting data after that time. Example: If they open the spreadsheet on any Fridya after 7pm, they will get a message saying that this spreadsheet has been locked. Thanks.
