    Unable to change date format

    Refer Attachment,

    The date is format is MM:DD:YY and i would like to format it to DD:MM:YY and display it as 10-Sep-2012.

    Please need your help.

    Select your range of data and format cells as

    dd-mmm-yyyy

    You have dates in the column as well as dates as text!
