Data Entry Form Issue

Hello All, This is a bit of a newbie question. I need to create a spreadsheet to share with others for data entry to a database. I have used the data entry form function to create the input form. How can I ensure that the form appears when users open the spreadsheet. I don't think they are tech-savvy enough to find the data form function button under more commands. I simply want them to be able to enter the specified field data, and store it in the sheet. Thanks for any help!

If your data form is a UserForm and macros are allowed, include a workbook open event macro to Show the UserForm.
