Sorting a messy database output by address suburb

Hi!

I would like to sort the list of clients (in bold) by their address suburb. The problem I'm having is that the amount of rows for each client is different, some have more rows for more lines in their address.

Could someone please help me sort these clients by their suburb and keep all their relevant data?
