Lookup and Match Formula required

Hi all

Can anyone one help me produce a summary sheet based on data exported from a database? I can lay this data out any way I wish providing the data tables do not change

On the sheets “Branch1 Data” and “Branch2 Data” I have downloads from our SAP system – highlighted in green. The blue cells are all formulas - I need to use a key here as there are items with the same GL code and based on their position within the report will assign them in to the correct category.

My intention is to paste the data in to the “xxxxx Data” sheets and the data to be pulled out and shown in the “summary” sheet - this I have highlighted in red (where I need the formulas).

There is a lookup/match formula I need help with please... I would like it match the branch on the summary tab show in rows 3 and 51 currently and the profit centre which is in the same row. It would need to match this with the relevant branch data sheet and for the profit centre this is in row 2 of that matched branch data sheet. It doesn’t have to be laid out the way I have done it – if there is an easier way I can change the layout if needed.

I hope I have explained that well enough – if I haven’t please say.

On the summary sheet I will have 15 different branches (currently my example only has two). Each branch can have any number of different profit centers e.g. branch 1 has 3 and branch 2 has 2 – this will vary from 1 to 5 different profit centers which I will add when I have a working formula.

Can anyone help please?
