In Excel 2007&10 I have on the Quick Access Bar the icon named "Light Shading". It applies a shade of gray to the selected cell(s). The default is a darker gray than I like; but so far I have found no way to change it to a lighter shade - some different RGB combination. Right-clicking the icon itself does nothing. I thought its RGB value would be accessible in the Registry, but no luck on those searches. Is there a way to adjust the gray fill color that this icon puts on the worksheet? This certainly isn't a life or death matter, but I would like to do it if possible. Thanks in advance for any words of wisdom.
