Average hours between two dates

I am trying to find out if it is possible to calculate the average daily hours i need to work in a set period.

I am using the formula =IF(Total!$B$2*2-(N58+N65)<0,TEXT(ABS(Total!$B$2*2-(N58+N65)),"[h]:mm"),TEXT(Total!$B$2*2-(N58+N65),"-[h]:mm")) - this gives me the total number if hours i am contracted to work in any 2-week period.

i want to show an average number of hours i need to work to reach my contracted hours.

Any help, greatly appreciated.

I have copied below the last 2 columns of the sheet - in this example Column A shows the weekly hours worked so far and Column B shows the formula in my previous comment.
