help with making charts and graphs

I am not sure where to start. I am wanting my excel program to sort data by last name, and then take a range of data like column B-E and make a pie chart, then range F-H, and I-K
I want this to be on a sheet of just pie charts or graphs...

The biggest issue I I want this to happen automatically and continually as new data is entered I have some complex sheets...
I don't even care to see the data in column format.... just the charts and graphs

Is this possible or do I need something like Access to do this?
