Question Change result of applying modifier

    Hi there

I was wondering if anyone can assist me with the following

VLOOKUP formula has been used for calculations.

If you open the attached excel document you will notice that on sheet 2 under modifier(E1) there is a list of codes

    0006
    0008(A)
    0008(B)
    0009(A)
    0009(B)
    0010(A)
    0010(B)
    0011
    0021

The cell next to each code has values in it. When a value other than 0 is entered into the cell next to the corresponding modifier code the value inserted multiplies as a percentage of the original price (see example).

    Example
in sheet 1 if you select cell 27(B-G) and select any code(procedure) an amount displays next to it
below the cell you can select the modifiers listed above (this applies to all other similar cells on sheets). Upon selecting a modifier ie 0006 the displayed amount from selecting the code(procedure) is multiplied as a percentage (when selecting 0006 the initial price is increased by 50%(see sheet 2)). I need the following to happen, instead of the modifier acting as a percentage (26%) for the following codes 0008(B),0009(B),0010(B)when applied, i need those 3 codes to only add 26 to the price once selected.

So instead of having the initial price increase by 26% when selecting either 0008(B),0009(B),0010(B) the price increases by 26. The rest of the codes must remain with their current functionality(as % multipliers to original price).

If anyone can assist me in this matter I would greatly appreciate it.

    Once Again thank you.
