Help with formatting and Index Formula

    Alright,

I would like column P to correspond to the colors in column D, based on the ME or EE.
Also, if we could get the graph to correspond with the data specific to ME or EE based on the conditional formatting as well.

Lastly, if we can get rid of columns U and V and just use columns O and P for the extended formulas at the bottom that would be amazing! I have U and V there now just to help me, but would prefer them gone.

Thank you guys for your help and time, always appreciated.

    Perfect. Thanks a lot.

Quick question though, how exactly did you fix the charts?

There were two things - you had #REF occurring twice on each chart, and the heading was obscuring one of the values on both charts. In the first case I just clicked on the chart, then right-clicked and chose Select Data, then just deleted the #REF errors in the list (for each chart). For the second item, I clicked on the chart body and then dragged it down so that the top value was no longer obscured. Actually, I also changed the colours for both headings.

    Hope this helps.

It's helped out a lot. Is there a way to make the charts only apply to ME or EE? So I can have just 3 points on either chart?

Instead of getting the data directly from your table, you could use two columns elsewhere to supply the data to each chart - formulae in those columns would pick up the data for either EE or for ME.

    Hope this helps.
