Hi Balaji,
You can use average function here.. and give the reference of that column in multiple sheets.
Or you have some other issue which I am not able to understand.. if so please upload a sample workbook to support your query. Thanks.

Yes, If the worksheet share the exactly the same structure you can use three dimensional aspect of Excel
Assume you have multiple worksheets with exactly the same structure, the first worksheet was named BEGINNING and the last worksheet was named END and you wanted the average of all of the cells at A1 on all sheets. The formula would be:
=AVERAGE(Beginning:End!A1)
If you wanted to average the entire column A for all sheets, the formula would be:
=AVERAGE(Beginning:End!A:A)
Repeat the same kind of formula for the data you want averaged

Based on your last post it seems that you are satisfied with the solution(s) you've received but you haven't marked your thread as SOLVED. I'll do that for you now but please keep in mind for your future threads that Rule #9 requires you to do that yourself. If your problem has not been solved you can use Thread Tools (located above your first post) and choose "Mark this thread as unsolved".
Thanks.
