Shipment Plan and Delivery Order

Hi guys

Right now i have to make a system for my company. So, my problems is quite intense as i'm work it all by myself (nobody help me) I have been googled for 3 weeks and my brain is like a time bomb thinking bout this because the dateline is near. So I already attach a simple dummy file with explanation in it and i guest you guys can understand it.
