How to match keyword(values) across a data range

Hi all,
I have 20 tabs with over a thousand cells in each containing words that vary in length from one word to five words.

What I'd like to try and do is try to cross reference the cells to find matches. I want to be able to find consistencies across the keyword sets to be able to find keywords to target.

Must be easy for a guru, Any help?
