On the tab called Final, I am trying to do a vlookup in cell b3 based on the number and concatenate the data in the tab called WireSize.
So in cell b3, it should read, 212123/4". (Number 1)

Number 1 has the data :-
NO. WIRE GND COND.
2 12 12 3/4"
And you need the result as 212123/4" .. so try using below formula:
