Drop down box=- varied answers

Hi there I am looking to create a survey in Excel and want to have drop down boxes. In the first box I select an answer from 1-5. Depending on this answer I can then choose a set of answers from the next box, but they will be dependent on the first answer.

I hope the attached sheet will explain it a bit better.
