Exclamation Auto Range Change - Clarity Needed

    Hi Guys,

Basically this issue is related to a BPO domain.

I’m planning to implement Trail GAP report & intensity report in BAFL - Flows & BFL – Service calling as the same might help operations in lifting up the numbers in Flows portfolios.

Please find the attached sample data.

Basically it should extends the date range selection automatically when the calendar date changes.

    Example:

Assume today’s date is 6 and the MIS will be published till 5.

Now the GAP Days formula what I’ve used is countblank(Range from 1 to 5) and GAP Status formula used is IF(countblank(5) is 1 trail gap will be shown.

Now what I need is when I generate report till 6 the above ranges should automatically extend till 6.

    Help me out in this.

    Regards,
    Shyam Sundar.S

I did not found any formula in the attached workbook ... except in dates in row 1.
For your query.. suggest you to go for defining names in Excel. Thanks.

If you check the entire workbook at last AF & AG column the formula is there.

Ok.. I guess I missed these details in your post #1.

No worries.. see the attached file where I have used a dynamic name "data" to help you.. to understand the logic behind this name.. press Ctrl + F3 and see the formula there .. thanks.
