Program a loop to calculate present value of a lease

The template attached calculates the present value of a CPI lease. User adds data where indicated and loop runs through and performs the calculation for each payment including an estimated present value of the future payment. Formulas are present in the template. It is a large data base and I need to get away from a static spreadsheet to one where the lease data is currently input individually.

Any help appreciated
