I have a problem with my array

Hello all...thank you in advance your help.

I am having a bit of a problem with below array:

It is working well enough in many ways. However, I need the cell that the array is in (AU) to return a blank cell if cell AV is anything but "Yes".

So I need I need AU to be blank if AV is anything but "Yes".

How can I modify my the above array to do that?
