sum of two cells not exceed more than other cell

Dear Sir,

Need some formula.

i have one amount in column C the same amount i am manualy deviding in cell D & E.

so if value in cell c is 46 then i am deviding this in cell D & E, as 30 & 16 or 25 & 21 and so on.

so i need some pop up or something that prevent me if i trying to enter 30 & 17 or 24 & 20.

any suggestion for this?

Use Data Validation in E4 with a Custom type and a formula of

=E4=C4-D4
