Question Align text in cell acording to the text it contains

    Hello.
I encountered a problem recently in Microsoft Excel and i didn't manage to find a way to fix it.

I'd like to align the text form my cells according to the text inside.

I mean on column 3 if in the cell is the text "checked" id like it to be center aligned , else if the text inside my cell is "not checked" to be aligned in the left of the cell.

Also, i'd like to know if it's possible to change the color fill of a cell depending of what i input in it.

Eg: if i type "ok" cell turns green / if i type "no" cell turns red.

To format cell color as a function of cell contents, see http://www.contextures.com/xlCondFormat01.html

Conditional formatting does not include alignment among the formatting options.
