Conditional Formating with Multiple Statements Issue

Hi,

I'm trying to colour a cell red IF the Status (in next cell) is NS (Not Started) and the Start Date is today or later.

Any Ideas on how to do this?

Please find attached the file with the solution. To know the logic, check under the "Manage Rules" in Conditional Formatting in "Home" tab.
