Red face saving result from a formula as static in another cell

Hi, I am newbie to this forum and need help complete my project on time.

I have connected live data to my sheet. This data updates every second and is on cell D2. What I am trying to do is when certain condition are met, I want to capture the value of D2 and save it to E2 as static not dynamic. I don't want E2 to update as D2 changes every second(=D2 on E2 will not work because E2 will change when D2 change). After accomplishing this ,I also want this sheet to recalculate again when another condition are met again, check if E2 is populated with result from previous calculation, if it is then move to E3 and capture the value from the live data(D2) and save it again to E3 and so on.

    Any suggestion is deeply appreciated.
