Expand Table - Insert w/o overwrite

Here's a picture of a couple tables on my worksheet: Tables.PNG.

There are several other things below the red table. Right now I have a large gaudy note telling the user how to insert without overwriting data below the table. There could be upward of 50 items added to both of these tables.

Is there some more user-friendly way of adding another row to a table without interfering with the rest of the worksheet?

Also, on the blue table for instance, there is a cell which a user would input the # of Converters. Could I then generate that many rows based on the value that the user inputs (if some refresh has to take place, I could simply attach a refresh button I'm sure).

    Thanks!

Is a macro the only way to go on this one?
