Picking values from two columns whose data match

Hi all.

Plz help me in the following problem,
There are two different columns which have people name, The problem is the names are specified in different format in both column, is there a solution to this problem?

Example:


Column1 Column2
Ravi Shankar Shankar Ravi
dayanandUrs R Dayanand Urs
bharath P Bharath Kumar

In this above example the names present in both the columns are same but representation differs, Plz do let me know if there is a solution for this.

Maybe you can use "if" function and "or" functions to make it.

Is it possible to match the characters present in the data..?
