Use Data from Combobox

Hello All,

I am new to this forum as well as excel, I am learning to understand how this works I have a plan and am not sure how to execute it in excel, came across this wonderful forum and thought some excel GURU can make my life simple and help me with this.

I have attached the excel file which has all the necessary information.
