listing all permutations of 4 letters

Can someone tell me how I can create a list of every 4 letter permutation using only letters (A-Z)
i.e.
I want to have a list that shows me:
AAAA
AAAB
AAAC
AAAD
...
up until
ZZZZ
(so essentially 26^4 different combinations of letters)
